If we haven’t worked together before, our first session together will be 80 minutes long. After that, it’s your choice whether you prefer 80 or 50 minute sessions. You’ll probably have a sense of what length is appropriate after our first session.

If you need to cancel a session, please cancel with at least 24 hours notice to avoid paying the full session fee. Payment methods include e-transfer, PayPal, or Cash. Please check with your benefit provider to verify your coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). 

BC Medical Service plan does not currently cover counselling services.
